An individual notes form, filled in per candidate, with 5 open questions as free-text fields. Some questions have a hint for the board member. There are no grades. The form is Zaključeno when all 5 fields are filled in. Notes feed the Predstavljanje kandidata – Bilješke page.

Predstavljanje kandidata is an individual activity: the form is filled in separately for each candidate. It is opened with “Otvori” next to the candidate under Aktivnosti po kandidatu on the assessment detail page. It is available to both Trainer and Assessment evaluator.

The current candidate (avatar + name) is shown in the sticky footer. To move to the next candidate, the board member goes back to the assessment detail page and opens the form for that candidate.

Questions

The form has 5 open questions. The board member uses them to take notes during the candidate’s self-presentation. Each question has a multi-line text field (placeholder “Bilješke…”).

  3. Što Vas je motiviralo da se prijavite na ovaj Oglas?
    • Hint box (blue) under the field: “Uputa za člana komisije: “Kvalificirani odgovor: zato što volim automobile i zato što me zanima rad s automobilima.””
  4. Kako Vi vidite tržište automobila u Hrvatskoj i posebno (navesti određeno tržišno područje)?
  5. Možete li nam reći nekoliko rečenica o tome koji su to glavni dijelovi koji čine automobil?

Some questions have a hint for the board member (“Uputa za člana komisije”) with an example of a qualifying answer. In Figma only question 3 has a hint.

Grading

This form has no grades. All fields are free-text notes.

Status of the form

The form is Zaključeno for the current board member and candidate when all 5 fields are filled in. Otherwise it is Nije zaključeno.

The notes are shown to the trainer on the Predstavljanje kandidata – Bilješke page.
