The "Zapisnici o primopredaji vozila" list of all pickup/return records, with columns Vozilo, Korisnik, Razdoblje (the record's Rok korištenja), Status (Draft / Preuzeto / Vraćeno), Zapisnik o preuzimanju and Zapisnik o povratku. Depending on the status, the record columns open the pickup or return form, open the read-only view, or download the PDF. It has search by vehicle or user, a "+ NOVI ZAPISNIK O PREUZIMANJU" button, pagination, and "Ukloni zapisnik" for Draft records only, with the standard delete confirmation modal.
Users with access to Vozni park open the list from the side menu: Vozni park → Zapisnici. It lists all vehicle pickup/return records.

Header
- “+ NOVI ZAPISNIK O PREUZIMANJU” button – opens an empty Zapisnik o preuzimanju
- Search field “Pretraži po vozilu ili korisniku” – searches by vehicle (brand, model, registration plate) and by user (Ime i prezime, Tvrtka)
List columns
- Vozilo – brand and model, and registration plate (e.g. “Audi A4 Avant, ZG-123-AA”)
- Korisnik – Ime i prezime and Tvrtka (e.g. “Ivana Horvat, Agencija T d.o.o.”)
- Razdoblje – Od - Do from the record’s Rok korištenja (e.g. “10.12.2026 - 14.12.2026”). When the record was started from a reservation, these are the reservation dates copied into the record.
- Status – tag: Draft, Preuzeto or Vraćeno
- Zapisnik o preuzimanju – buttons, depending on the status
- Zapisnik o povratku – buttons, depending on the status
- Actions menu (three dots icon “…”) – Draft records only

- Draft – the pickup record was started but not finalized. “Otvori zapisnik o preuzimanju” opens the pickup form to continue it. The return column is empty, because the vehicle has not been picked up yet.
- Preuzeto – the pickup record is completed (the vehicle is picked up). “Otvori zapisnik o preuzimanju” opens the Zapisnik o preuzimanju – view, and the pickup PDF can be downloaded. “Otvori zapisnik o vraćanju” opens the return form, which is filled in once the vehicle comes back. A saved return draft is opened with the same button.
- Vraćeno – both records are completed. Each column opens its view (pickup / return) and downloads its PDF.
There are two PDFs per record: the pickup PDF (Zapisnik o preuzimanju) and the return PDF (Zapisnik o vraćanju).
Status tag colors in Figma: Draft orange, Preuzeto red, Vraćeno grey.
Sorting and pagination
The list is paginated ("‹ 1 2 … 8 ›").
Deleting a record
Only Draft records can be deleted. Preuzeto and Vraćeno records cannot be deleted.
Clicking the three dots icon on a Draft row opens a menu with “Ukloni zapisnik” (red, with a trash icon), which opens a confirmation modal.

The modal is the same as the other delete modals in the app:
- Red warning icon, title “Ukloni zapisnik?”, with a subtitle of the vehicle, registration plate and user (e.g. “Audi A4 Avant · ZG-123-AA · Ivana Horvat”)
- Text: “Jeste li sigurni da želite ukloniti ovaj zapisnik?”
- Buttons:
- Odustani – closes the modal without deleting
- Ukloni (red) – deletes the record
- Close icon (x) in the top right corner – closes the modal without deleting
